💰 Pay Rate
▪️ $22 – $38/hour (based on experience & responsibility)
Higher rates for:
Luxury wedding installations
Large-scale event setups
Lead assistant roles

🌸 Responsibilities
Wedding floral installations (arches, ceremony & reception setups)
Bouquet and arrangement support
Event styling and onsite coordination
Flower preparation and transport
Assisting lead florist on luxury weddings
✨ Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are:
Experienced in floral or wedding/event work (1+ year preferred)
Passionate about luxury wedding design
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable with early mornings (5am setups) and late finishes (up to 2am)
Strong team players with attention to detail
