Shipping policy

1. Local Delivery

1.1. Service Area: We provide delivery services in Great Vancouver area. 
1.2. Delivery Times: Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday in 4 hours when you placed the order. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before local 2pm. 
1.3. Delivery Fees:

  • Delivery charges vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free delivery may be offered for orders over $100.

2. Shipping Outside Local Area

2.1. For areas outside our local delivery zone, we partner with reputable courier services to ship non-perishable floral products, such as dried flowers or accessories.
2.2. Shipping fees and delivery times will depend on the destination and carrier policies.


3. Delivery Process

3.1. Accurate Address: Please provide complete and accurate recipient information to avoid delays. This includes full name, address, phone number, and any delivery instructions.
3.2. Recipient Availability: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the delivery may be left at a secure location or rescheduled, subject to additional fees.
3.3. Weather and Seasonal Delays: Severe weather or seasonal demand (e.g., Valentine’s Day) may cause delivery delays. We will notify you of any significant changes.


4. Same-Day Delivery

4.1. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before local 2pm. 
4.2. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next business day or as per customer preference.


5. Non-Deliverable Locations

5.1. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted areas (e.g., high-security buildings without prior arrangements).
5.2. For hospital or event venue deliveries, please ensure the recipient's full name and room number or event details are provided.


6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

6.1. If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered as scheduled, please notify us within 24 hours to address the issue.
6.2. For missing deliveries, we will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship fresh flowers internationally. However, non-perishable products may be shipped upon request, subject to customs regulations.
